Is Realme X7 Pro overpriced?

 

Realme X7 Pro is Realme’s new offering in the 30k segment. But now many people are saying it is overpriced. But I think for 30k Realme X7 pro is actually a really great deal.

So to start with we are going to discuss Realme X7 pro features one by one. But before that let’s take a quick look at Realme X7 Pro specifications.

For me, this is the solid point of this device as it comes with Mediatek Dimensity 1000+ SoC which is current flagship SoC from MediaTek. Now let me tell you might think that under 30k in India we will get Snapdragon 855plus but in real-world or in even in benchmark Dimensity 1000 + beats Snapdragon 855 +. Now in 35k, we can get a device with Snapdragon 865 or 865 plus but you have to admit that that phone will lack features like AMOLED display + High refresh rate, a 65W fast charging, an amazing camera performance for its price point.

And let me tell you that in Dimensity 1000+ Real-world performance you will not experience much difference compared to Snapdragon 865 and even its GPU performance is very close to snapdragon 865. So now you might have got the idea of Realme X7 pro performance.

And it comes with only one storage variant that is 8Gb + 128GB, and I thing 8GB ram is more than enough you need in a device.

2-Camera

Here I will not talk about its overall camera setup because we get this kind of camera set up in various midrange devices also. So here I will tell you about its primary sensors which is a 64Mp Sony sensor. And as expected it can perform very well in every situation. I am not saying that it has the best primary camera performance but it surely has one of the best primary camera performance.

Then there is a 32Mp front camera which you can expect pretty good quality just like other flagship Realme devices.

3-Display

It has 6.55inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. And I think it is the best combo you can get in the device under 30k. Even phones above 30k don’t provide AMOLED display with a higher refresh rate and some only come with higher refresh rate and provides IPS LCD panel. So I think Realme X7 pro even in display department is a really great smartphone for Rs29,999.

4-Battery

It has a 4500 mah battery which can easily provide a whole day battery backup in easy to moderate use. And even if you are a heavy user or like to play games in your device don’t worry a 65W charge is there for you to charge this device in just 35min. And keeping mind that it has an AMOLED display which is power efficient compared to the device having an IPS LCD.

Final Verdict-

Now I have discussed all major point with you all and you can easily see that for Rs29,999 you are actually getting a very good device and I think is not an overpriced smartphone. It has a very good display, performance even its main camera performance is good and there is good enough battery for most of the users.
